Aneeqa Malik demonstrates a strong commitment to people, place, and purpose, shaped by
her geographic journey and lifelong search for meaning. Raised in Lahore, she was
influenced by cultural traditions, community, and spiritual awareness. These formative
experiences inspired her ongoing pursuit of a deeper understanding of the human psyche
and personal growth.
She has navigated diverse geographical, intellectual, and personal landscapes, moving from
her home to new environments shaped by migration. Each stage required adaptability and
reflection.
In London, she engaged with systems and questions of social equity. She is a trained Action
Learning Facilitator and Transformation Management Consultant, with additional training in
social and solidarity economics. She earned a PhD in Integral Finance and Integral
Solidarity, focusing on societal care models based on reciprocity, interdependence, and
collective well-being. Throughout her academic work, she has sought to align her beliefs and
actions, exploring how justice, care, and connection can be practised.
Now residing in Glasgow, where her intellectual pursuits merged with intuition and
spirituality. What was once a subtle influence became a conscious path, guided by the soul
as both compass and teacher.
In addition to her academic and professional achievements, Aneeqa became a Master
Herbalist, integrating traditional plant knowledge with modern holistic healing. Her work
extends beyond theory to practical, sensory experience, enabling direct healing.
Chai Thesis emerged as a living expression of this integration, bringing together ancient
herbal wisdom, cultural memory, and spiritual awareness. Each blend serves as a ritual
offering, inviting individuals to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves beyond the
distractions of modern life.
Aneeqa’s work now combines holistic healing, cultural storytelling, and spiritual inquiry.
Drawing on traditional plant knowledge and her transnational experience, she creates blends
that support the body as well as the emotional, energetic, and soulful aspects of wellbeing.

Her journey from Lahore to London to Glasgow has encompassed both external and internal
dimensions, as well as intellectual and spiritual ones. This path reflects a continual process
