Returns & Refunds

At Chai Thesis, each blend is prepared in small batches with care and intention. Because our products are consumable and sensitive to handling, our returns policy reflects both quality assurance and customer well-being.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
• Unopened and unused
• In their original packaging
• In a resalable condition
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, please contact contact@chaithesis.com with your order details.
Returns must be authorised prior to sending. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
To preserve product integrity and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on:
 • Opened tea blends or consumables
 • Unsealed herbal or apothecary products
 • Custom or made-to-order items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible.
We will resolve this promptly with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
 If eligible, items may be returned and a new order placed separately.

UK & EU Consumer Rights
For orders delivered within the UK and EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt.
Please note: this right does not apply to sealed goods once opened, including tea and herbal products, in line with hygiene regulations.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
